We want you to be completely satisfied with your tone, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for pedals purchased directly from our webstore. All returned items must be in original, mint condition with all packaging and materials included to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team via email to provide your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.

  Pack Your Pedal

  Securely place the pedal in its original box with all manuals and stickers, then place that box inside a sturdy shipping container with protective padding.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix your prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our headquarters in Kansas City.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the pedal's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
